Company Merger Announcement
Leading UK Chassis Manufacturers, Chassis Solutions and Gateway Chassis officially announce their merger.
On the 1st January 2020, these two key brands will merge, to become Gateway Chassis Solutions Ltd.
The two companies will unify and continue their growth in undoubtedly becoming the UK’s leading chassis brand to the caravan holiday home, leisure lodge and park home sectors.
The existing two sites will continue to run and function as current, the merger is also expected to result in synergies, greater efficiencies and to increase market share.
There has already been investment of more than £500,000 in personnel, factory, equipment, research and development – such as leading Japanese brand AMADA Press brake and Laser. Investment will continue, to ensure the success of the new joint brand!
Very recently and driven by New Product Development from our own in-house Research and Development Centre – the New Park Home I-Beam chassis has been created, a fully engineered chassis solution.
Further product development and value engineering will follow supported by leaner manufacturing processes.
