Designed for Caravan Holiday Homes, the Lattice – Welded Painted chassis is a traditional chassis which has been used for several years, it consists of welded sections and it is finished with a UK manufactured paint specifically produced for this sector. It is a good economical solution for lighter loaded structures in a lesser corrosive environment.
Designed and engineered to adapt to changes required by the home manufacturers and the National Caravan Council. This chassis is sectional and boasts improved stiffness and strength over its predecessor – with the structure featuring the highly efficient ‘I-Beam design’.
Designed to meet residential specification BS3632 and developed for medium to higher end Caravan Holiday Homes and Leisure Lodges, the Lattice – Sectional Hot Dip Galvanised Chassis is manufactured in sections, hot dip galvanised, riveted and bolted together using galvanised components forming a robust chassis, which has increased corrosion resistant properties, for medium to higher loaded structures.
Developed to meet the demands for chassis for high-end leisure lodges and park homes and meets residential specification BS3632. The I-Beam is structurally the strongest (in terms of load bearing capacity) available in the market. The fully galvanised chassis offers high corrosion resistance while the expertise of our design engineers and research and development team has allowed us to optimise the design for the ultimate longevity and strength.
Designed for Park Homes, the StrongBox™ chassis is market leading and uses box section cross members, compared to the standard c-section cross members. It is these sections that hold the structure together and result in a more comfortable and stable home for the owner. It also means that redecorating and refurbishing the home is less likely to affect its balance on the supporting structure.
